I’m Işıl, a Product | UX/UI Designer based in Istanbul. I focus on creating accessible and engaging solutions by blending user research, seamless experiences, and intuitive UI. I thrive on continuous learning, experimentation, and refinement, always seeking to enhance my skills and deliver meaningful outcomes. My design approach blends creativity with technical precision.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Interior Architecture from Istanbul Technical University and a Master’s from Politecnico di Milano, which provided me a strong foundation in design principles, design centered thinking, user research, human-centered design, accessibility, inclusivity, storytelling and experience in teamwork within international environments.

Inspired by the interactive and impactful nature of UX/UI, I continued my career in digital product design—translating my knowledge of shaping physical experiences into digital ones. To support this transition, I completed formal coursework, including the Google UX Design Professional Certificate, and continued expanding my expertise through hands-on experience.

Currently, I work as a UX/UI Designer, focusing primarily on AI-driven products across mobile, iPad, and web platforms with a research-driven and data-oriented approach. My professional background also includes roles as a Multidisciplinary Designer and Visual Designer, where I gained valuable experience in branding, social media design, and creating cohesive visual identities.
